Instead of a résumé, Charlotte Gogstad hands potential employers a CD-ROM the size of a credit card that contains a multimedia presentation about her skills and experiences. The presentation, which she developed while she was a senior at Pacific Lutheran University, contains examples of her student work, details about her studies, and even video testimonials from her former employers.
