Duke Committee Issues Proposals to Improve Undergraduate Campus Culture
A Duke University committee assigned to examine campus culture after last spring's lacrosse scandal issued 28 nonbinding recommendations last week to promote "social responsibility and mutual respect" over what it called a "culture of excess."
