Drexel U. Plans to Open Law School
Just three years after Drexel University took ownership of a medical school, the university's president has raised eyebrows by announcing plans to open a law school, which would be the sixth in the Philadelphia area.
The president, Constantine N. Papadakis, says that he expects Drexel trustees to approve the proposal at their May 18 meeting, and that the law school could open in the fall of 2006.
