At the Minitman Feed & Fuel, in Spearfish, S.D., you can get your hands on a variety of beers, candy bars, and wooden animal carvings. And briefly last fall, you could've snagged the psychiatric records of 125 patients at a local hospital, thanks to a careless student at the University of South Dakota School of Medicine.
