Dot-Coms Rank Dead Last Among Undergraduates' Job Choices

Who wants to be a millionaire? Not many college students, if it means they have to roll the dice with their first job to get there.

Despite the hype about twentysomethings getting rich at Internet companies, only 13 percent of this year's graduates would prefer to work at a dot-com, according to a survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.

Four choices were offered to the 1,024 new graduates surveyed, and dot-coms came in dead last.
