Don't Pull the Plug on Classroom Use of the Net
To the Editor:
Are undergraduates at open-admissions colleges more responsible than students at highly selective graduate business schools ("Cutting the Power," September 7)? Or does something else account for the fact that the mere idea of spending thousands to install classroom Internet-kill switches would horrify most faculty members at two campuses that offer one-to-one Internet access in every classroom?
