As a gynecologic oncologist whose work takes her from the laboratory to the operating room and from the clinic to the classroom, Janet S. Rader isn't one to be tied down by a traditional job title.
That made her a natural choice as the new chair of obstetrics and gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, which is erasing its departmental boundaries. In addition to her administrative duties, Dr. Rader will continue her research on cervical and other gynecologic cancers. She will
