Diploma Scam Alleged at Kenyan Ministry
Kenyan police officers have arrested 21 people said to be members of a syndicate that allegedly was making and selling fake diplomas at the Ministry of Education headquarters.
Detectives made the arrests in January as the members of the alleged syndicate arrived at work. Some of those arrested were top ministry officials, police officials said.
