Demands of Homeland Security Will Pressure Colleges, Campus Computing Experts Warn
Colleges face new pressures to work with government and industry in sharing or refusing to share information as homeland-security needs dictate, a panel of security experts said at the Educause mid-Atlantic regional conference in Baltimore this month.
The conference drew 400 college administrators and others interested in information technology.
The security experts also said colleges must expand their curriculums to include more courses and degree programs in information
