Delays in Visa Approvals Cause Headaches for Colleges

For Alexander Zheltovodov, the rigors of international travel used to extend only as far as jet lag and the occasional flight delay.

Eight times over the past 17 years, the researcher from the Institute of Applied and Theoretical Mechanics, in Novosibirsk, Russia, has made the long journey to the United States with relatively little hassle.
