Delaware State Settles Bias Lawsuit by White Professor It Fired
Delaware State University settled a racial-discrimination lawsuit in February that had been filed by a white former professor at the historically black university. The agreement follows the university's settlement of a racial-discrimination case last year with a former employee in the financial-aid office.
