Death of Fraternity Pledge Prompts Alcohol Ban at Case Western Reserve U.
All 17 fraternities at Case Western Reserve University last month banned alcohol at parties for six weeks.
Leaders of the fraternities said the move was a gesture of respect to Stephen I. Donnelly, the Zeta Psi Fraternity pledge who died last month from what coroners say were brain and skull injuries.
The 17 fraternity presidents, who voted for the restrictions, will use the time to review alcohol regulations at the university,
