Davidson College Drops Student Loans
Davidson College announced last week that it will no longer offer students loans and will instead meet their financial need with grants and work-study jobs.
The change, which takes effect in August, is similar to those made by several large public and private universities in recent years, with the goal of increasing access to higher education by helping students graduate debt free.
