Data on Affirmative Action in Michigan Lawsuit

The National Association of Scholars' attack on the University of Michigan's defense of its affirmative-action policies reveals all too clearly the moral and intellectual poverty of the N.A.S.'s position ("Report Questions Michigan's Defense in Affirmative-Action Lawsuit," April 13).
