Dartmouth Cuts Loan Requirements for Students on Financial Aid
Dartmouth College is the latest elite private institution to bring good news to middle- and low-income families, announcing last week that it would award bigger grants to students whose parents earn less than $60,000 a year.
The new policy will cost Dartmouth $2-million per year when it is fully phased in. In the past year, Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, and Yale Universities have each added millions of dollars
