Cuomo Expands Investigation of Study-Abroad Programs to Colleges
Months after he subpoenaed nearly a dozen private providers of overseas programs about their business practices and financial arrangements with colleges, New York State's attorney general, Andrew M. Cuomo, has expanded his investigation to college study-abroad offices themselves.
