Cuomo Expands Investigation of Study-Abroad Programs to Colleges
Columbia and Harvard are among 15 colleges that received requests for documents
After months of relative silence about its investigation into potential sweetheart deals between colleges and study-abroad providers, the office of Andrew M. Cuomo, New York's attorney general, has widened its probe, sending subpoenas or requests for documents to 15 institutions, including Manhattanville and Siena Colleges and Columbia, Cornell, and Harvard Universities.
