Critics Say West Virginia U.'s Presidential Search Is Rigged; Bennett College's New President Is Known for Speaking Out

CAN'T WIN: Some public universities, including the University of Iowa, Indiana University, and the University of Delaware, have been criticized recently for keeping aspects of presidential searches secret.
