Criminal Charges Filed in Alleged Fraternity Hazing at Penn

Two students at the University of Pennsylvania now face criminal charges in connection with an alleged fraternity hazing incident last year, according to The Daily Pennsylvanian. The students already face a civil lawsuit filed by the alleged victim, who also sued the campus chapter and national organization of Alpha Phi Alpha, the country’s oldest African-American fraternity (The Chronicle, April 28).
