Court Reverses Verdict Against Michigan
A state appeals court has overturned a $440,000 jury award to a former music student at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, saying that, contrary to the jury's findings, the university had responded adequately to her charges of sexual harassment against a visiting orchestra conductor.
