Court Rejects Student's Bid for More Time on Medical-Licensing Test
A University of Michigan medical student who had been diagnosed with a reading and writing impairment was not entitled, under the Americans With Disabilities Act, to extra time on a medical-licensing test he needed to pass to stay in school, a federal appeals court ruled last month.
The decision could affect a growing debate over which learning difficulties
