Court Reinstates Lawsuit Against U. of Georgia Involving Rape Accusation

A federal court of appeals has partially reinstated a sexual-harassment lawsuit against the University of Georgia.

The complaint, brought by a former student, accuses several athletes of raping her in 2002.
