Court Finds That U. of Massachusetts Violated Free-Speech Rights of Protesters

The University of Massachusetts violated the free-speech rights of a group of activists in 1990 by refusing to let them use a campus meeting room in Boston to plan a protest, the state appeals court ruled last week.
