Court Finds Evidence of Bias by Female Professors at Langston U.
Evidence exists that female professors at Langston University's nursing school discriminated against a male student, and a jury should have the final say in the case, a federal appeals court ruled this month.
A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit ruled unanimously that a federal district-court judge was wrong when he dismissed the case, saying there was not enough evidence of discrimination to send the case to trial.
