Court Allows Male Professor's Lawsuit Over Pay Raises for Women at U. of Minnesota

A male professor who sued the University of Minnesota for reverse discrimination was granted the right to a trial by a federal appeals court last week, nine years after he first objected to pay raises that had been awarded to female faculty members only.
