Court Allows Former Student to Sue Brandeis Over Its Handling of Rape Allegation

A former Brandeis University student should be allowed to sue the institution for allegedly mishandling the campus judicial process that led to his suspension on a rape allegation, a state appeals court in Massachusetts ruled last month.
