Court Affirms Public Colleges' Lawsuit Shield

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled last week in favor of the University of Minnesota in an age-discrimination case brought by two former university employees that raised questions about how broadly the U.S. Constitution shields public colleges from claims filed in federal court.
