Council's Database of Accredited Colleges Now Includes Individual Programs as Well
A group that represents most American accrediting organizations has expanded its online database so that users can now search among accredited college programs in addition to accredited institutions.
The database is run by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation, whose members include 3,000 institutions and 60 accreditation organizations. The update, announced last month, adds more than 16,000 accredited programs to the online database. The searchable Web site has been available
