Cornell and MIT Sue Companies Over Rights to Patents
Cornell University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology have gone to court, arguing in unrelated cases that patents on their inventions have been infringed.
Cornell filed its lawsuit against the Hewlett-Packard Company, seeking damages of more than $100-million from the computer manufacturer.
