Corinthian Says SEC Has Cleared It
Corinthian Colleges Inc., one of the largest publicly traded higher-education companies, announced last week that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had concluded an informal inquiry into the company and recommended that "no enforcement action" be taken.
