Corinthian Colleges' Stock Soared in 2002
Shareholders in Corinthian Colleges Inc. had something to cheer about last year. Actually, for the past three years.
The company had the nation's second-best-performing stock in 2002, with a return of more than 85.2 percent, according to a ranking of the 1,000 largest companies in the Dow Jones Total Market Index.
Over the past three years, Corinthian ranked fourth for performance, with an average return of 85.1 percent.
