Corinthian Colleges Faces a New Lawsuit
Current and former students at Florida colleges owned by Corinthian Colleges Inc. are trying to up the ante in a lawsuit that says the company misled them about its accreditation. Affidavits filed last month accuse Corinthian of falsifying students' failing grades to keep them enrolled so that the college could continue to receive tuition paid with federal financial aid.
