Controversial Bill to Waive Natives' Tuition Moves Through Hawaiian Legislature

A bill moving through the Hawaii Legislature would add to the 250 tuition waivers that go to the state's native Hawaiian students enrolled at the University of Hawaii system. But the proposal has generated opposition from key advocates for those students.
