Conservative to Teach Constitutional Law
A law professor at the University of Montana who said last year that he had been barred from teaching constitutional law because of his conservative views has now been appointed to teach the course permanently.
Robert G. Natelson, a tenured professor, will teach the class starting in January, after a research leave this fall, thanks to a recommendation last month by an outside committee charged with evaluating his teaching, scholarship, and service to the university. E. Edwin Eck, dean
