Connecticut President Accused of Plagiarism

Central Connecticut State University has reacted quickly to revelations that its president, Richard L. Judd, committed plagiarism in parts of an opinion article he wrote for The Hartford Courant. The institution is considering a range of potential penalties, from reprimand to termination.

The executive committee of the university's board had planned to meet last week to decide what action to take against Mr. Judd, but the session was postponed after the president fainted in his office
