Conn. Court Upholds Part of Verdict Favoring Woman Denied Tenure by Trinity

Trinity College violated the rights of a woman who was denied tenure in 1993, but it did not engage in sex discrimination, the Connecticut Supreme Court ruled last week. By partially upholding a lower court's ruling, the Supreme Court cleared the way for her to receive $721,304 from the college.
