Congress Hears Proposals on Overhauling Management of Student-Loan Debt
A former senior education-policy adviser in the Clinton administration has taken his crusade on managing student-loan debt to Capitol Hill, asking Congress to consider several changes in the federal policy on student-loan repayment.
