Confidential Students' Records Found Outside Washington Barn
Officials at Everett Community College are trying to figure out how hundreds of confidential college documents turned up last month in a giveaway pile outside a barn on a property owned, until recently, by a college employee.
The papers were found on a property once belonging to Ronald Lang, the coordinator of the institution's criminal-justice department. The papers, most of them dated from 1994 to 1998, included class rosters,
