Conference Explores How to Find—and Make Findable—Information in a Digital Sea

Publishers and librarians often disagree—for instance, about how much books, journals, and databases should cost. At the Ithaka Sustainable Scholarship Conference 2010, held Monday and Tuesday at a Midtown hotel here, the two groups recognized that they share at least one major concern: how to get students and researchers to find and use the content they provide.
Users have more and more ways to discover material online, via Google searches as well as more focused discovery
