Compton Loses Bid to Keep Accreditation
An accrediting commission is standing by its decision to terminate the accreditation of California's Compton Community College, officials from the institution said last week.
The college's interim president, Jamillah Moore, said the college would file an appeal to the commission's parent association, the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
