Community Colleges Want a More Eminent Domain
Institutions feel insulted by guidelines that bar them from using '.edu' in Web addresses
Highway billboards around Cleveland promote online courses offered by Cuyahoga Community College, but officials there worry that prospective students won't be able to remember the college's clunky Internet address -- http://www.tri-c.cc.oh.us. That's hard to catch when you're driving by at 55 miles per hour.
