Community Colleges That Award Baccalaureate Degrees

Judith S. Eaton concludes that baccalaureate-degree programs at community colleges come "with too high a price," and that we "simply do not need them" ("Why Community Colleges Shouldn't Offer Baccalaureates," Community Colleges, October 28). There are ample data, however, to refute Ms. Eaton's conclusions.
