Communications at Tulane U.
To the Editor:
As a member of Tulane University President Scott S. Cowen's communications team during and after Hurricane Katrina, I must respond to Ken Wildes's letter to the editor ("Communicating Professionally in a Crisis," May 25) regarding Mr. Cowen's comments in the article "Wanted: Crisis President" (The Chronicle, May 4).
