Communicating Professionally in a Crisis
To the Editor:
I have read with interest the various articles you have published on the tragedy at Virginia Tech, including "Wanted: Crisis President" (The Chronicle, May 4), on crisis management. Certainly, Charles W. Steger deserves high praise, at least from my perspective several thousand miles away. So do his colleagues, including those working in communications.
