Commercial Education Group Acquires 2 Law Schools
Argosy is adding two law schools and a teacher-education business to its balance sheet.
Argosy Education Group, based in Chicago, has exercised its option to acquire John Marshall Law School, an Atlanta institution that it had operated under a management contract since September 1999.
The company also has completed its previously announced purchase of Western State University College of Law, in Fullerton, Calif.
