Colorado's Public Institutions Will Cooperate in Distance Education
The Colorado Commission on Higher Education approved a plan this month for its public colleges and universities to develop online courses jointly and to share them in an effort to keep the state's distance-education programs competitive with rivals elsewhere in the country.
