Colorado's Chancellor Harvests Food for Poor
The chancellor of the University of Colorado at Boulder doesn't mind getting his hands dirty in a good cause.
Richard L. Byyny recently helped a dozen students, professors, and staff members harvest vegetables from a campus garden. The 400-square-foot plot, in front of the student recreation center, was planted this past summer to produce food for community food banks and shelters.
