Colorado State U. Plans a Virtual Expansion to Train Technology Workers

Colorado State University is creating a virtual college that will rely heavily on distance education to help train more workers for the information-technology industry.

The new college is "virtual" in that no new facilities will be created for it. The college will consist of existing courses in various departments and new courses yet to be developed.
