Colleges Told to Block Illegal File Sharing
Members of Congress admonished college administrators last month to get tougher with students who swap music and video material online in violation of copyright law.
The lawmakers, members of the intellectual-property subcommittee of the House of Representatives' Judiciary Committee, told officials of Pennsylvania State University, the University of North Carolina, and the University of Tulsa that the way to convince students that illegal file sharing is wrong is to expel or prosecute
