Colleges Seek Greater Ties in Africa and China
International partnerships were the focus of a three-day meeting of the National Association of State Universities and Land-Grant Colleges last week.
The research-university group is seeking ways to build collaborations of a decade or more between American and African colleges, in critical fields such as agriculture, health care, and teacher training.
Nasulgc is working with the U.S. Agency for International Development, which is providing $1-million for 20 grants of $50,000
